School was always a struggle for me, especially science. Homebody provides structured yet fluid and person-centred ways of learning through practices, art, expression therapies, and body-based / somatic techniques that all allow for information to be gathered from the self and received by the self in a way that does not require memorization but rather LIVES in me.

As someone who has struggled with shame, addiction, codependency and comes from adverse childhood experiences, I do not feel judged or unsafe here. I feel loved and have learned of the sharing and communal nature of love through Homebody.
